Welcome to 9th and 9th living. This website is dedicated to life in the 9th and 9th, East Liberty and Sugar House neighborhoods of Salt Lake City. It is where Rebecca Hamilton and I make our homes.
When you visit this site you will find information on events and activities in the neighborhood and as this site grows I will offer neighborhood business information, a calendar of events, real estate activity and homes for sale, along with all the other information available throughout my site. Please feel free to stop in regularly and look around.
In addition, we want to provide this as a free, regularly updated source of information on local businesses. Are they having a sale? Are they holding a workshop? that kind of stuff. We also intend to keep a concise community calendar.
So how are we going to do this? Well, that is where you, the business owners and residents of these neighborhoods come in. Tell us when things are going on. We’ll add it to the calendar and get the word out through our regular email newsletter. You can contact us at anytime using the contact us link at the top of the page. Feel free to fill us in on everything and we will do all the work in getting the word out on our site. Free advertising for you, your business or your organization.

It is not only expensive and time consuming, but it also clogs your mailbox and wastes natural resources. We do not intend to send out many more of them for those reasons. I like to walk, I like to ride my bike, I like to join the gallery strolls, dine at neighborhood restaurants, shop at the neighborhood produce stands and pick up my paper from the corner market. To do all of these things, my family makes our home in the Downtown Salt Lake City Neighborhood of East Liberty/Sugarhouse. When we take time off we enjoy traveling throughout Utah, The United States, Europe and Asia. 
Nothing beats working with a neighbor when you are looking for a home in a specific area. They know what the homes are like, what loan packages work best for the area and any special programs that may be available to buyers in the area. So it is always wise to choose a mortgage expert who knows the neighborhood where you are looking.
